It is a location convenient to restaurants, bars, coffee (if the free coffee isn't enough for you!) plenty of other businesses and great parks for a quick afternoon walk to clear your mind.

Not only will you have a comfortable, professional space to go to work, you will have opportunities to have first looks at new projects, quote your services to start ups looking for help and brainstorm on community issues during neighborhood think tank events - they are already planning ways to make a huge positive impact on the community.
